With contract management from QNOVA, you can control who is authorized to see which contract. Authorizations are managed with our smart administration tool.
When a document needs to be signed, simply send an SMS with a code.
Your contracts can be signed securely and easily using BankID.
A message is always sent to all parties when the signing is complete.
Create agreements based on a template or PDF. Get control of the signing flow, who has opened, signed or returned. QNOVA’s e-signing is legally approved and always takes place with two-factor verification according to eIDAS.
The user can control the signing order. Each signer can sign with a Swedish BankID, SMS code or with
