When you upload or create a contract, you can easily choose who will have access – and what their role will be.
- Contract manager - full control. Can edit, manage reminders and change permissions.
- Co-manager - can edit contracts and annexes, but does not have the same administrative rights.
- Readers - can only see the contract, ideal for those who need information but are not going to change anything.
Permissions can be set per contract or on entire folders, and you can control access at both individual and group level. Need to change permissions later? No problem – it’s done quickly and easily directly in the system, without any hassle.
