You can also click on “MY SIGNATURES” directly on the home page.

E-mail notifications
Email messages are standardized with your company name. Please notify QNOVA if you have changed your logo or name.

When a contract is returned with a comment, it looks like this:

Signing methods
There are two different options, signing with BankID or with a PIN code via SMS. Both options mean that the counterparty receives an email with a link to the agreement. To open the link, either a verification with BankID or the PIN code via SMS is needed. The counterparty then has access to the contract and can sign or return it.

If the contract is to be signed with BankID, the counterparty needs to sign with BankID. Which means the BankID signing method. The previous one to open up the contract is only for validation.
Descriptions
Contract name
The name should be reasonably clear. Recommendation is to write a short explanation. This is because it facilitates the overview on the Home page and when searching for agreements. QNOVA suggests counterparty and then in the case of e.g. “Supplier AB – Service X”
Authorizations
Permissions are controlled based on contract type, please contact QNOVA if you need help.
