QNOVA stores names, IP addresses, email addresses, and support information that the customer asks us to process for the duration of the agreement or for the period specified in an individual processing. For so-called connected support, we do this via the software TeamViewer (https://www.teamviewer.com/en/privacy-policy) or via VPN if the customer consents to any of these connections.

The basis for this is the fulfillment of a contract or consent.

This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you:

use our digital services (e.g., the contract management system and customer login)
visit our website
interact with us through digital marketing.

QNOVA stores the customer’s information in Sweden and has written agreements with our subcontractors that require them to comply with the Data Protection Regulation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any subsequent legislation that replaces or supplements these.

QNOVA updates and employs industry-standard methods to maintain an organizational and technical level of protection appropriate for the data to be protected.

3. Why the data is processed and its purposes

We process personal data for the following purposes:

To provide and manage our services, including login, e-signing, and contract management.
To manage customer relationships, support, and billing.

To carry out and evaluate digital marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and Google Ads – including conversion tracking, audience targeting, and retargeting via pixel or tag setups on the website.
To fulfill legal obligations (e.g., accounting laws and security requirements).
To protect our systems and prevent misuse.
